World Masterpiece Theatre was largely overlooked by the english speaking world despite large parts of continental Europe showing it.

I know it's daft, the English speaking world ignoring books written by some of America's and Europes literary greats :o

-gumbaloom

I have to agree, that does seem rather daft of them.

Actually, there a number of WMT series that were released in the United States. Not full series, but a few episodes here and there on VHS. The ones I know of currently that have english episodes released are.  "Little Women", "Tom Sawyer", "Rocky Chuck the Mountain Rat", and "Peter Pan", also "Bush Baby" in Canada and a rumored english dub out there of "Swiss Family Robinson."

There are tons more literary anime out there. (Les Miserables, Anne Frank, Christopher Columbus, Pinnochio, Grimm's Fairy Tale Classics, Little Prince, etc etc.)

Dear Latin Lover,

[sarcasm]
We'll get the next episode out someday. Although, I warn you...you may have to wait about a year for that day to come.   8) (Like the fans of some of the other stuff we sub).

Calling all anime fans!!!!

Live-eviL currently has a major shortage of dedicated QCers. :'(
This does not bode well for quick and efficient releases of YOUR FAVORITE ONGOING L-E SERIES!!! :o
Yes, you heard me right! If you would like to help speed the fansubbing process along for your favorite ongoing LE series, or in some cases simply get it moving through QC again, please check out the "Come QC for Live-Evil" thread in the "Live-eviL Recruitment Center" Forum. Read what various staff members have to say about the job, and if you think you might be able to help out send me a PM ASAP! Thank you in advance to those who are willing to give it a try!

Well, it was SUPPOSED to be out lol  ;) I did say I was posting on the threads that SQ and Trapp were out, as well as informing gumba once I had posted. So if it really wasn't out yet... I would have thought he would say something.  :D

That's great =^_^=
I feared you would stop subbing this series before it had really begun ^^'

Thanks for subbing this series :-)

Ciao
