How do I put up an avatar up?

I don't have an avatar. How do I get one and put one up?

 Once you have logged in click on the profile button in the menu at the top of the screen. After that click on Forum Profile Information under the Modify Profile heading. You can add a picture from here.

Or if you want to put up moving avatars, ask Spymon.
