Well, I'm really glad you guys decided to sub this series. I only know of you and Karehi who are actually stating you're doing it. Not a word from C1, Toriyama's World, etc... I've seen some of your stuff before, and I've liked it, so I'm sure I'll like your Death Note sub. If it's as good as I think it will be, I'll make sure all my friends who are following it get it from you ;)

Hey thanks, we'd love to gain back the large fanbase we lost after Tofu x-xed with TC >_>. We're working on Episode 1 but you know, it's not weekend yet the main project manager is like really busy person and she hasn't slept properly, the t/l has exams yet got the job done, rest of the staff are busy ones too. I get poked at 2-4 AM in the night to fill in gaps and stuff (no main staff so not much to do) and then the logo person is also X_X (or slacking?) due to too many classes over a 48 hour period.

Normally Episode 1 takes a bit of time, as to why we got Tsubasa Chronicle Episode 1 released within 24 hours for both Seasons....that's a DB mystery and Tofu's ungodly hours dedicated to fansubbing. Plus it was a Saturday air so Sundays were off.

All in all, you'll get it soon. We're trying to put quality sub before speed.

And just remember Death Note is being subbed by the L-E Girls.  ;D For most of us, this is our first top drawer show.  :)  :-[

Yay! It's currently 3:51 AM here and I have just finished the final pre-QC timing check! You know what that means everyone?!!!!

Episode 1 hits QC tomorrow morning! :D ;D

Here's to hoping for very few errors which means less time to fine tune the episode, and a faster release! Is everyone even more excited now! You should be! I've seen it and let me say, it's worth the wait!  ;)
