DB---all I can recall is they're doing something amazing...like high speed subbing, which is why Tsubasa gets normally released this fast. Then interactii is also the founder of DB. And they do use some of our resources and the QCing is also done by L-E.

Damn it! Why do I always have to continue series that other people left off? This will be the fourth one then. And if I had access to the raw through direct download (cause I can't download from capturedwings for some reason), I wouldn't even bother about the fansubs.
I wanna see Tofusensei's Tsubasa fansub. :'( :'( :'(
And back to the L-E and DB question,
This is how the work is divided:
L-E >> Translation, Encoding & Quality Checking
DB >> Timing, Editing & Typesetting
