i was wondering if i can request this anime series "Ningyo Hime Marina no Boken"?

Well, anyone is free to make a suggestion of an anime series that we should translate, but you have to realize that the group only translates animes that at least a few of the members have an interest in doing, so I'm not sure you should get your hopes up too high.
