Can I suggest Kaze no Shoujo Emily (Emily of the New Moon) ? Its an anime that came out spring this year, but no fansubs have ever come out for it ;; ... I just came across it, and it looks like i'd be awesome like Snow Queen...

No, fansubs have come out for it, just search a little harder.
