Your problem is the .br country code. It looks like someone, probably ETG itself, has banned Brazilian ISPs (and they're not the only network to have done so). I think one of the ops can actually make an exception, but you'll have to wait until one of them reads this (and that's assuming I've got this right).

I appear to be banned.  I did not violate any of the rules in the IRC rules thread.  I believe the last time I was in channel I was AFK for some time.  Sometimes I have bad connectivity to EnterTheGame which causes repeated disconnects and connects of mIRC.  Is this why my address got banned?
