I have to say the new botlist is really great, makes everything so much easier. Especially people who are new to IRC etc.

Kudos to Tsubasa for taking the time and effort to help a lot of leechers out!

I think you did a wonderful job and deserves to be recognized for it!

If L-E staff did a vote amongst the users if they think Tsubasa does a god job adding and editing stuff on the web-page. I think I know what the result would be....

huh? the xdcc list isn't going to be removed... it's always been part of our site. and tsubasa did a beautiful job updating it

Uh no, I'll would like to have all those links removed. I suppose no one knows here what it feels to have not access to something you created. So like I said few hours back, just keep mikala's page, remove the links...although it did take hours to get them that way.

This sniping is not helping us at all.
I really do not understand what all these issues are with everyone and it really wounds me to see this happening all the time.

This is not in L-E's bests interests to hash such things out here.

There ARE the staff forums to work out such things, calmly, with decorum and maturity.
And  judging by some of the things I have seen over the last few weeks, something needs to be done.

Anyways, few ppl received an IRC log and pm from me. Please check in case you don't have e-mail notification on. 

And I found a very interesting channel on etg. We can all do some solid discussion there. The name of the channel is funny though. Has *gum* somewhere in the channel name. I was like oO. So what I did was I went in (it's private btw) and found something interesting. You guys are welcome to come there. It actually has a larger population than #live-evil. What I like about it is that people are free to express their opinion there, long as they don't go timecop mode. Heh.

As for the bot list, yeah I think it's great too but if I can't edit it, I am afraid it's gonna have to be remooooveed~~~.

P.S I converted to a Firefox user from IE user once I got into doing some intense webpage work. I think it's cool except it's a memory whore for my computer. By the time I have three windows open, I don't even have the memory to run the very needed Adobe Acrobat. ~_~  But I used to work on the apps and website simulataneously so it was a pain and required lots of patience to have both on ._.

ok tsubasa, this was not someting i intended to put on a public board, but it needs to be expressed.  L-E is a GROUP. All of our contributions are made as a group and become the "property" of the group.  I have made signifcant contributions to the website in the 3 years since I joined L-E as well, but even if I left tomorrow, those sections would not be reomved.  the moment they are posted to the website, they become "group property."  I'm sorry for the lack of clarity, but I thought this point was already clear to everyone in L-E.  The botlist is beautiful and an asset to L-E.  Unless it becomes unreasonable for us to update it, there is no reason to remove it.

People don't lose rights to things they've done, whether it becomes group property or not. Leaving L-E and losing rights is not the same thing.

Well, not that easy when things are so screwed up and the reason behind my losing these rights...errr...priveleges has more to do with other things than the website itself.

And sadly, it's true (unless you're a lesbian, because in that case you wouldn't be competing but actually liking other women and be truly concerned).

This was an example set by WillowD too. He said that he could befriend girls more easily because then he has no competition---which provokes obscure bitterness.

But if you look at it this way, if there is a girl-girl animosity like above, that should exist between men too. But since I am not one, I can't comment on it.

Still there is the 'Girls... ' that specifically applies to us girls like how we bicker, act like a bitch to each other, take advantage of our bfs, empty their pockets  but that's stuff you gotta accept.    Cause that's what makes us cute.
