As I've explained to a couple of people, there is no problem with the current DN banners appearring on our site. They will stay for awhile at least. However, no new DN banners willl be added and we will gradually cycle out the current DN banners.

Hmm yeah that's what I heard too. So just telling him his banner can't be added since we won't be accepting any more DN banners.
