He was a guy who wanted to qc for us. (Also 'Tsubie's minion' for something he said >_>). Since we are pretty qc heavy now, we added addtional requirements. Mamo told him to write a 4 page essay regarding the history of fansubbing and I told him to write an one page one regarding roles of fansubbers and qcers. Well apparently he was lazy with school work as well and then he also was getting staff pissed at him due to his all caps inappropriate occassional talks so Mamo kbed him and he left us.

Doubled space?  Times New Roman 14?

Double space is fine and Time New Roman 14 is fine.
