I'm afraid we can't. I only have 99.3% of the file. It is one of 7 torrents on the Live-eviL scarywater page that have not had a seed in the past 8 months or so that I've been seeding everything. No one I've asked has a copy  on their computer either. If you ever find a copy, please let me know.

Please note that if you should be able to watch it with Media Player Classic as they designed the player to cope with incomplete files.

Who made it originally?  I'd be happy to drop them a line and request it from them.  I've been at 99.3% for a month or so and I've been sending plenty of data up to other folks trying to DL it.  Usually there are 7-10 peers.

We made it originally. Every now and then I've been asking the old-timers in this group if they have a copy but so far no one has.
