The official line is once they've finished episode 13 on IRC they'll place 1-12 as a single pack on Bittorrent. Till then we wait patiently.

Hi, just wanted to let you guys know I'm ecstatic that you're working on KOR. It was one of the first anime shows that really got me hooked and to this day, I still think fondly of it. I came on the forum to see if you guys will be working on the OVA and movie, and see its my lucky day!
Thanks again for your hard work on bringing attention to this eternal classic... I hope a new generation of KOR fans are born from your effort!
