Anidb lists it as ecchi. If it's porn or has porn elements in it then it's a no go. Are you shin newtype ?

Area88:
It has brief moments of nudity, no more than 2-3 seconds most in the whole episode. Nothing different from the standard anime OVA from the 80's.

Shin Newtype from Anime Classic translated it, I'm Area88 who releases under Anime Classic Reviews.

I'd do this myself but I don't have the time for timing right now and I figured another fansub group could do a better job of encoding than I could.

Do you have the next two episodes on the DVD? Are those going to be translated as well? We might be able to do it. I like obscure OVAs :)

I'll just subtly point out here that it might be best to ask groups if they're interested in the project sequentially rather than simultaneously. I say this simply because I'm in at least one other group you've talked to about this project.
