Question about Peach Girl

On the list, it says that Peach Girl was dropped because it was licensed. I wanted to nominate to watch at my anime club but they don't allow us to nominate licensed things unless we have a bought DVD to show it with (nothing downloaded), so I wanted to make sure that that was the case. And if it is licensed, who it was licensed by.

Peach Girl, the drama, was never licensed. It was dropped because another group completed the show and it was a lot of work to subtitle ^^;
