Oh no. Masakari is no retard. He says things straight and that's one thing to admire. (very good sense of comedy too I might add.) Im not saying that he's right or wrong on (how would i know), but judging from stuff he has posted here I think main problem between you guys is chemistry.
Instead of bitching about eachother try to get along. It's not so hard even if you're so very different. Tho im sure Masa enjoys this little play. ;D
Whatever. I hope to see next episode of GE999 soon. Great work so far on quality..now show us some quantity. ;)

??? ??? It's the best show, but everything else you say I have to agree.
For me this lack of interest is really hard to understand as 90% of anime i've seen doesn't even compare to this. Everyone I've introduced to this show (thanks to your work) has loved it. Even a lovely girl at my workplace always asks if there's any new episodes out to show her. :) But here... it's all so quiet.
Maybe the difference between todays main stream anime fan and people who like Matsumoto series - which there seem to be many - is so different that you haven't just reached the right audience and potential fansubbing staff for this series.
