dude if you wanted to go to a good weather school try UCSB or UCSC...........stanford is way too far north, quite chilly

i used to live in mountain view. it was warm enough. just to give you an example, it is raining every day here in germany, the temperature is always below 20 degrees C.
Palo Alto is much warmer than that. I am looking into the UCs and into SJSU

i used to live around the sacremento area.  its up north in cali and the weather is gorgeous..and they actually have weather not just perpetual summer.

well the seasons in NoCal:

spring = lukewarm->warm
summer= warm->OMG IT'S HOT
Fall= hot->warm
winter=warm->lukewarm

good thing they have slurpees in california

it would actually get "cold"  like 40 degrees farenheit..and during the summer you really dont notice that its way hot until you read the thermometer which says 120F

oh the memories of frying eggs on the cement as a child....

I leave for Otakon in 9 days.
My friend that is going with me had an accident at work and messed up both of his hands. One hand required 27 stiches, If it doesn't get better I have to drive the entire way =*(
