Problems Watching Galaxy Express 999

I am having problems watching GE 999. The video is blurry and blotchy, the sound is off. When I try to use DIVX it doesn't work at at. When I use BSplayer or WMP it looks pixelated and bad.

have you installed the latest xvid build? changing players wont do anything if you dont have a recent version of xvid.
