There, Japanese boys and girls are very spoiled since Japan dominates 64% of animation markets worldwise. If you have GONZO and BONE in the same country, I do not think a small company can survive without a top-notch show.
Dear Boys is a good story, but bad animation. Perhaps, the workers used the project as their exercise classes? However, if the product quality is too bad, nobody can write a good resume for their own sake.
