There, Japanese boys and girls are very spoiled since Japan dominates 64% of animation markets worldwise. If you have GONZO and BONE in the same country, I do not think a small company can survive without a top-notch show.
Dear Boys is a good story, but bad animation. Perhaps, the workers used the project as their exercise classes? However, if the product quality is too bad, nobody can write a good resume for their own sake.
The creators of "Dear Boys" need to rethink their market stategy in order to survive!

85% of the series was done with good drawning then they cheaped out on that.
Ya that pissed me off but what can u do.
Just be thankfully that we get to see fansubbed anime.
Right now lets enjoy whats coming out and if season 2 comes out we will be doing it.
