well they didnt really blow up the world, it was more like evangelion where they do a new start. the at field in eva, absolute terror field, was there to make humans not be a pile of uniform goo and there to protect people from getting hurt. in gilg what they do is remove all sorts of emotions from humans as far as i can tell, becaues emotion is bad and allows for jealousy, as with the countess. so lets get rid of emotions, shall we? and the tuning fork... well I guess TEAR, the child form of the countess was the last remnat of human emotion and thus had to be finished off in order to complete Cleansing Flat. just my interpretations. still didnt like how it left a lot of things unclear and sort of random

damn you tofu, you should tell me those things before i make myself look like a complete idiot. well i should blame the bastards who did the voice acting first. they should learn that D and T are different sounds. oh well, then I should blame myself for not catching that error. then i blame tofu for not telling me.    :P
