man japan sure likes crappy anime, assuming #3 is what i think it is...............but it is intresting to see something like gilg at #14. that anime had like no production budget and it showed painfully............i guess the story was enough to captivate some people (like myself)

I wish they would do most popular anime without taking the current fads and anime that's seasonally popular into consideration. Basically I wish they'd do top anime of all time.
