I want to say galaxy railways 2 but I believe it is still in production so I say Shin Taketori Monogatari Sen-Nen Joou since Gumbaloom already confirmed the continuation of Galaxy Express 999(which isn't a super secret project anymore) :P

There are plans for GR2, but I think that was announced quite a while ago.
