If there's any demand for it, I could provide HQ raws of the third season, and possibly season 1 and 2 soon.

what's a HQ raws? Does it have english subs?

A raw means there are no subs. It's in Japanese only.  So unless you can understand Japanese raws are not for you.  Lets just wait and hope that soon Live-Evil will release the third OAV very quickly.
