Well if you mean the plot, this isn't a bad episode, but not one of my favourites. The two that follows are better candidates for that title.
As for the quality you really did a good job on it (apart from some places wher it shows pixels), and the translation is a also a good one.

Hey, thanks for liking my translations! It was my first work so I was kind of nervous, but I'm getting the hang of it.
I know we had to deal with some pretty bad raws from ep. 1 to ep. 26, but starting ep. 27, our fansubs will consist of very very sexy widescreen DVD rips!!!!

(BTW, ep. 27 & 28 are my favorite)
