Creamy Mami batch torrent was a pain.. especially cause of the renaming issue. *me stays away from BAT files* Well, there was also the episode 39 thingy and crcs being incorrect on envirosphere.

Anyways, , we're thinking of making an ep 27-34 batch coz

1) There is already a 1-26 batch torrent up.
(Gumba seeded it hard for a long time and I think he was the only seeder so yeah a DAQ batch torrent is a hard seeding job but I am sure we got more seeders for 27-34 as they were all released within the last year.)

2) From episode 35 we have a  NEW OP and a new ED (which will be worked on shortly) and the story takes a turn too...

And episode 35 is taking a while because of these new OP and ED... there is a lot of typesetting stuff involved here. Most of the current DAQ staff have things going on in their lives which they have to take care of so expect more delay. However, we'll be working on it full pace in July and subsequent episodes won't incur these types of delays provided all our staff are there and working as they are now.

Yeah Shitsen released 27-45 after we released 1-26. *whistles*

Blue Mage & Tsubasa, I appreciate the detailed answers. I now have a much better understanding on how & why batch timing works.  I'm glad to see that the season won't be abandoned. I don't expect the greatest timeliness because volunteers have their own lives to take care of first.

I seeded DAQ's 1-26 batch for months on my university connection at the end of 2005 through Summer of 2006 w/ actual 300kbps upload speeds. I miss that bandwidth... I think the ratio by the time I moved was like, 40 I think? :) Anyways, I'll seed it some more now, though I've only got a DSL connection now (80kbps).

bastard-sama, I won't give any more suggestions.

Suggestions are welcome if they reduce work.  ;D

I am not sure if I'd do major seeding with my college bandwidth priveleges as the admins might get pissed and put a quota on the daily upload and download limit. A certain US university put a 1 giga per week quota per computer because they had a fansubber uploading 13 gigas per day. That would be a permanent nightmare.

@Tsubasa: Hmm.....I remember Mamo-chan (I think) mention on IRC that this series could use help.  I would be more than glad to do TL checks on the rest of the eps....or maybe even do some TL-ing.  Well, that is, if you can convince me to TL some eps and what not.  ;)
