Why i'm getting banned? Someone help, plz!

Hi guys! I'm worried because when i try to enter on live-evil channel on MIRC, i get banned, and i didn't do anything. Someone help me, plz! I asked on Dattebayo why and they told me it was because my ip, and that you're banning .br, i didn't understand very well. I wanted Tsubasa epi 04 and only the bots on Live-Evil has it...I'm waiting a answer, thx!!  ;)
