got that msg just now, tsubasa ep9 onwards, actually on all torrents on LE. i use BitTornado.
my clients works fine on other trackers so i think LE tracker is just busy.. or maybe down?

I'm getting "(ConnectionException:Connection Refused: Connect)" on Azureus.
This is for a Yawara 13-16 pack. It also did it for the previous Yawara pack too. I've only just started this BT download, and it did it instantly.

So what's the problem. Is it my end?
