Tsubasa 16 tracker problem

Hitchi:
My connection to the announcement URL is refused.

Speficially:
Problem connecting to tracker - <urlopen error (10061, 'Connection refused')>

My announce url is:
http://tracker.scarywater.net:443/announce

My hash is:
bf87e7a08c128fd5292720926acd052dd4e7ab89

Dunno what the problem could be.  It's been doing re-attempts for about 40 minutes now.

EDIT: Odd, it seems to be working now, after 1:46.  I'm still not connected to any seeds, but that should fix itself within time.

gatdammit:
The same problem is also occurring with Tsubasa 14, but 15 seems to be working. Oh and LIVE-EVIL ROCKS!
