BTX Computers
Thefunch:
IIRC BTX offers increased airflow because of the way the components are placed, and for some strange reason the case now opens on the right side (compared to the left for ATX).

Although I wouldn't be surprised if it has somewhat more processing ability for it's clock speeds...

How can a formfactor have more processing ability?
A formfactor is only a layout of the components on the motherboard. Kind of like shuffling the furniture around in your living room. The stereo will still have the same power after you move it.
KunoMochi:
Well, the more heat that can be dissipated from the internal hardware, the more you can push them to their limits. What I understand is that this BTX layout will allow better airflow than an ordinary ATX layout.
Also, it's not that the formfactor will have more processing ability, but more like that it has the potential to be able to push more out of it. Like you said, it's like moving furniture around, only so the stereo can pump out more effective sounds. ^_^
AgentSmith15:
MicroSoft is dumping Intel because they can not fix their heat problems.
So that means MicroSoft is going to be using AMD all the way baby.....
