Actually, StarCreator should be the one that you send the raws to. As far as I know, neither WillowD or I even have any experience with encoding, and StarCreator has been the encoder for the previously released episodes I believe, so there is really no contest. ;)
And now I'm changing my answer yet again to: Answer Pending until all interested parties can get together and discuss the best course of action.
Stay tuned to for the actual answer, and possibly more bonus flip-flopping from me! ;) ;D
