Play it on MPC or something. Make sure subs are loaded. If I remember correctly, it's supposed to be softsub.

Look at our main page and look at the torrents link. Our torrents are there. We also have a bot distributing matsumoto division releases on our channel on IRC (#live-evil@enterthegame) subs are in english, audio is japanese, do we have a second language as well ??? No idea since i have not collected our releases for harlock, but english subs for sure.

A few of the early episodes also have a french sub track, but that sadly had to be discontinued. All episodes do include a formatted and unformatted(no heavy use of styles, dvd/xbmc friendly) in English.

Hi there!
As was stated earlier, you can get the episodes off the torrent page (http://a.scarywater.net/live-evil/). We are using the MKV format so that the viewers can have easy access to multiple subtitle tracks, audio tracks and various other features.
The subtitle tracks are softsubbed, meaning you can switch tracks or even turn them on or off. Episodes 1-6 contain a French subtitle track, graciously provided by Waga Seishun no Fansub (http://www.wagaseishun.fr/). They also contain our English subtitles in two verisions: Formatted and Unformatted. We know that softsubs require additional CPU power (2.0GHz or better, recommended), so we provided an alternate track for those who might be having issues.
The audio is one our happy additions to this series. We are remastering the audio into multichannel surround sound. The original track is also provided. You can switch between the audio tracks in real time, just as you would on a DVD player. I have had a lot of fun re-mixing the sound. I've remixed the music into full stereo from the OST CDs and added new sound effects. I hope you like them! :D
As for the video, episodes 1-5 and 11-12 were made from mediocre rips of the Italian DVD set: not so great... 6-10 and 13 onward are using the Region 2 Japanese DVDs and look much better. Eventually, we will replace those earlier releases and use the R2 video source. Episode 6 will also be replaced, as it has a slight timing glitch.
If you have trouble getting the subtitles to show, try the CCCP codec pack (http://www.cccp-project.net/) and the Haali media spliter (http://haali.cs.msu.ru/mkv/). They will fix you right up!
I hope this is helpful!
