Why so strict?

Well, my rules were based on the old staff's suggestions regarding what should be put so it means they're stupid. (well yeah few are, no doubt >_>). Plus people are banned for NOT DOING ANYTHING, that is, undeserved ban. I remember you said you banned someone because he insulted you. I was like, 'Okay, that's a reason cause he was insulted so yeah ban for a while'. BUT he pmed me back with the details and I read up the log and apparently he did nothing. ~_~

<Raiten> The whole story was I suddenly got banned for no reason and I whispered bastard once after getting banned twice by him with, "what did I do wrong to recieve a ban?"
<Raiten> He never replied and just left me banned.
<Raiten> I never insulted him once in the channel :(.

So yeah, banning for disobeying rules is okay. And if it's a stupid rule, a short ban. Frankly I think for trivial mistakes like smal insults, a kick is enough unless it persists. All in all, whenever we do ban, we should have a reason for banning so that it doesn't look outright unfair. Talk about corruption.

okay tsubasa now... i banned him for insulting me then he goes and pms me without my permission which is against the rules do you think i want to talk to him when he didnt get my permission to pm me? so there he gets more heavy punishment for breaking two rules at once and you go and remove the ban like you dont know anything.. which goes to show you know nothing...

Well he didn't insult you so you shouldn't have banned him in the first place.
Also he pmed you after he was kick out, that is, he is out of the channel, the rules don't apply to him anymore. He can pm whoever he wants. ;)
