question on dling

this isnt a newb question on HOW to dl, but about something that happens to my files once i dl them.  for some reason or another, when im dling a file, it tends to put part of its information (parts of the file) into a different file.  for example, when im dling hungry heart wild striker, ill see bits of it in a already completed bleach episode i have, making the file corrupt.  ive re-dled many of my episodes, but im still getting this problem.  ive never had this happen to me before....does anyone know whats going on?  i hate having to re-dl episodes over and over again.  is it my codecs perhaps?  any help would be great!
