I read the rules and i did nothing wrong. Somebody just asked how to see the bots' list and i told him how... but im not banned anymore  :-\

Helping someone can get you banned, for instance if you help someone who asked how to get licensed anime or the like.  If you are banned by accident, no need to worry, just wait a few hours or a day or so, most of the automatic ones go away in several hours to a few days.
