I'd say either Yuuko or Sailor Moon. One fact ebign...I dun really know who the others are. But also, Sailor Moon has got the power of love to kcik butt with...and Yuuko was pretty indestructable in the movie, though not much of her power has really been revealed. She would probably kick everyone's asses, as she's so ultra fab.

The point most people are neglecting is that characters like Oscar, Yawara, etc. have real-world, realistic fighting experience while characters like Sailor Moon or those Tsubasa ones are living in their own fantasy world and not the real-world. How could you expect a character without any real-world combat experience to win in a real fight? The great Chinese Tactician Zhuge Liang (Kong Ming) once said that fantasy and superstition are the bane of an armed force and only serve to detract from its fighting skill. The reality is that any man can be killed by a simple spear, arrow, or even bullet, and in the end, all is 'fair'.
