Title: Question about You're Under Arrest Full Throttle ep 3

I want to ask if anybody knows the name of song used by [live-Evil] right after OP from YUA s2. The song starts at 1:30 its smth like fansub credits but last only for 10 sec.I know its stupid but I just cant get it out of my head.I uploaded file http://rapidshare.com/files/206904504/the_riddle.avi.html
