Hei2 easy man, whatever it is just let LE finish their work. okay.
They have their own power what to do with this anime.
Maybe they can stop to subbing the ID, just b'cuz the problem with the ID fans.
ID have a many fans, even me and my cousin.
So this is a big job for LE to make all the ID fan(who don't understand a japanese language) happy with their subs.
People in LE is human after all, they have their own activity to do, maybe their time is to tight to complete the subs in short time.
All you have to do now is wait, when the subs release don't forget to post 'thank you' to LE.
Maybe I'm a noob here, but I'm just like the others, until now I'm still waiting for the subs.

. I didn't watch it yet but, I'v seen their website, read the preview and heard from other ID fans, and the storyline is different from mangas and animes. So it's not INITIAL D for me....! It's a something weird movie using the INITIAL D title to popular the actor/actress.
