It says there are like 44 seeders but its like i'm only going 13 kbs. than when i click on advance to see all the people seeding and how fast they are seeding its like only 7 people are actually uploading. Could someone help me. I would really appreciate it

The seeder figures are accurate. The way the bittorrent client operates you aren't guarenteed to connect to every seeder/leecher.
If you want to leech faster
a) check your box ain't firewealled
b) change torrent clients - azureus ???
c) use IRC :P
