Past L-E Projects / DEATH NOTE!!!! .:.Master Thread.:.

Hiya guys,
Live-eviL has picked up Death Note as our new top drawer project. The staff constitute the L-E girls  and we'll make sure we bring you an episode every week an episode is aired is Japan. Having said that, we hope to bring you quality subs and not only focus on speed releases, although we're aiming that too. It took a lot of effort getting the staff ready for it so all we can promise you are consistent release dates and absolute dedication from Live-eviL.  Episode 1 was aired few hours back. Ready for a treat?  Feel free to discuss your beloved Death Note here, but read the necessary forum rules before posting.

* Tsubasa is happy to be announcing this on her birthday.

Past L-E Projects / Captain Harlock SSX!!!

Okay guys thought since SSX is a new series, we should have a MASTER THREAD for it.  So got this one up. Feel free to discuss any SSX related stuff here. Episode 1 was successfully released on Friday. Here is the post from the front page.

Here it is folks! Harlock is back and he means business!

This violent and exciting series takes place right after the movie “My Youth in Arcadia”. You don’t have to have seen the movie to get up to speed. Harlock kicks major a$$ and the Arcadia sports a new look in this newer, more polished Matsumoto series.

Haven’t seen all of Harlock 1978 yet? Don’t worry. This series is in a completely different timeline and has NO RELATION WHATSOEVER. Watch it and enjoy. Both Harlock projects will continue as planned.

Current & Future L-E Projects / README BEFORE STARTING A NEW THREAD!

Before you start a new thread, please make sure they go under the correct board.

• Anything regarding our Current and Future projects should go in the 'Current and Future L-E Projects' board. ONLY CURRENT and FUTURE. General questions, flaming and trolling threads, and threads like that 'OMFG READ THIS WE'RE IN TROUBLE' should NOT be here. Also threads regarding L-E important announcements, updates, rules and regulations, and READMES unassociated with unlicensed projects come here.
• Any stuff about our PAST projects should go in the 'Past L-E Projects' board. If your thread is consists of a combination of both present and pass projects, you may post in the board for current projects long as you're not overly discussing licensed materials, which is stirctly prohibited.
• The 'General Forum' is a board where you can start a thread which doesn't fall into any of the above categories. But don't start a thread which is totally irrelevant to this board. There is a chance it may get locked or removed so why waste your time in the first place?
The two remaining boards haven't been much active these days and their names should be absolutely self-explanatory. People haven't messed up them yet so they can be ignored here. If necessary, they'll be added to this list.

Please comply with our rules and regulations and keep this forum neat. (*Look who is saying*  ).

Okay, I see a lot of ppl have kitties around me.  This thread is about kitties.  Talk about your kitties here. ^_^

I had a kitty for two years back in Japan too, Aoki-chan.  Unfortunately, I had to leave her behind with one of my neighbors when I came back. T_T

She looked a lot like Suz's big kitty.

Live-eviL Recruitment Center / ATTENTION: Qcers REALLY needed for Detective Academy Q!

Hey guys,
Detective Academy Q is once again on the run!

I was recruited as a translator for Detective Academy Q and after joining I realized that even with translation help available...we still have one problem.   Yes, the lack of qcers!  Qcers who are willing to watch DAQ and give some honest feedback.  So if you are a fan of DAQ or detective series in general, why don't you come and join us?  We'd really appreciate it.

Now that every else is set, I don't want DAQ to suffer because of the lack of qcers.  So if you think you can qc...which almost anyone could...do not hesitate to volunteer!  We'd love to have you.  After all, we need you!

If you think you'd like to at least give a shot at qcing DAQ, please leave a post in this thread telling us about your intentions or pm me.  Again, we really really need you!.

General Forum / POLL: Pronounciation of 'Live' in 'Live-Evil'.

Hey Guys,
This other day some guy came to the channel and asked about the way Live should be pronounced.  Well normally, since it's the internet, we wouldn't really have to bother about pronounciations but say you're talking with your friends about it, how would it look when a fixed pronounciation is not used?  So I was just curious about what people thought about this matter.  Feel free to place your vote.  Reasons aren't needed but if you want, you can post your reason.

Current & Future L-E Projects / POLL: Projection into the future of stalled projects.

Hi everyone,
We haven't released any episodes from the above series for several months.    I am happy to tell you that Detective Academy Q is once more underway,  while we're still looking for translators willing to translate the other two.  We know most of these series have gained lots of popularity and we'd hate to drop them.  However, they may  fall into the dropped list if help isn’t found....unfortunately.


Please place your votes to tell us which, amongst the currently stalled projects, you'd like to see completed the most.  (Well, it won't really change things because the projects are not getting anywhere due to lack of help.)  But we'd still like to know what fans are saying.

You are allowed to vote for two titles at max.  Please choose carefully.  You don't need to explain your reasons.

Past L-E Projects / Death Note (Live-action) Movie Possibility :: Master Thread ::

Okay, people have been making multiple threads regarding the Death Note Live-action movie and although it hasn't been confirmed if we plan to sub it in the near future or not, since people are going to start threads and talk about the movie, we might as well all be discussing it over a single thread. Please discuss anything related to the movie here. I know this thread was originally created on the 3rd of June but I wanted to have all the other movie threads merged into this one so I edited one of my old threads and made it into the Death Note Live-action Master thread. It would be nice if we could have a sub forum from Death Note itself but since we do not have a system of series boards or sub-forums and nOOb forum users will not go look and stop from making unnecessary new threads, I felt it was necessary to have a master thread to keep track of all the movie related posts and merge any unnecessary threads. We would appreciate if people would follow the general forum posting guidelines before posting in the future.

Anyways, discuss the movie, bribe us to sub it, whatever.

Current & Future L-E Projects / Idol Densetsu Eriko - Anyone knows where I can get the music?

Hi guys,
There is a likelihood that Live Evil will be subbing Idol Densetsu Eriko in the future.  I just wanted to know if any of you knew where I can get the music.  I especially want download links.  I know the CDs came out in 1989...and it's kind of too late to ask for them..If any of you guys have the music, or know someone who has it can u please upload it for me or tell me any other ways to obtain it...that is if u are willing to help me.  Please guys, for the last 5 years my greatest melancholy has been not to be able to hear the audio from from this series.

General Forum / Can u guys sub the series Idol Densetsu Eriko?

Hi everyone,
Idol Densetsu Eriko is the first anime series I ever watched and I totally fell in love with the songs.  Can u guys in L-E sub this series?  I can't find any media on this series on the net and thats a shame since the songs are so nice.  I guess the CDs are no longer is production....This is an anime from 1989.  Can anyone tell me from I can download the songs at least?
