i am having the exact same problem while attempting to torrent episode 18.  azureus is giving a connection timeout error when attempting to connect to the tracker.  i was able to get episode 17, but that torrent now states the same error.  the only reason i am able to continue seeding 17 is that i am already in the swarm.

I am on a road runner cable conection and normally have no issues.

In First Stage, they used Around the World for the first 19 episodes, then used Break In2 the Night for only the last 7.  Second Stage only had one OP, Blazin' Beat.

looks like my memory did not serve me.  it's been so long since i saw the initial series on vhs from central anime i just could not really remember.  maybe i should go back and rewatch it...

1st and 2nd Stages were shown on standard Japanese network TV, where a TV season is 26 weeks.  1st showed every week in its season (26 eps), while 2nd showed every other week (26/2 = 13 eps).  4th Stage is being shown on Pay-Per-View with 2 episodes every two months, so there's no overarching structure here (like TV seasons) to dictate exactly how long 4th Stage is going to be.

personally, i am of the belief that there are going to be 20 episodes in fourth stage.  i have no proof of this, i'm just going by knowing what hapens in the manga and the games as well as the fact that we got a new op at episode 11.  that would be ten episodes per op, and with initial d thay have usually changed op's at the halfway point of the series.  (if memory serves.)

have not watched the raw episodes yet, but i know fifth and sixth stages have been greenlighted.  as far as everyone knows episode 16 is supposed to be the end of fourth stage though.

the renesis rotary engine is more reliable, and additionally it is only available na; so that takes away the majority of problem components from the fd.  now the tranny, on the other hand, is the dodgy part of the rx-8.  its just a slightly beefed up miata six speed, so it is typically the first thing to display problems if you do anything serious to the car.
