Title: Condor Hero 15 problems

When I download the file Condor Hero 13-16, episode 15 doesn't play.  Can anyone help me on this? Was episode 15 damaged?                                                                          Can I download episode 15 by itself somehow?  Please help!  Thanks!  Chung7@aol.com

What do you mean by CRC?

Can you give me very detailed information on how to get help?  

The more information the better!  

Somehow, I want to be able to see episode 15.  THANKS!

it should be the same as our official CRC (u can check them on envirosphere for example )
