There is a live album from The Misfits called liveevil which always came to mind for me so it was just live as in alive for me.

I am still around, and wanting to play doctor zero.

I have many years of practice playing the drunk.

Skull and crossbones doctor. Take a shot of whiskey, remove a bullet. All in a days work. Alter states to compensate with the knowledge you have gained from alter states.

This is a golden oppurtunity to have the best fandub on the Internet. Would love to see a lot of people get involved.

The rip of the movie OST that I have doens't include Angel Queen either. I know there is two alternate covers for the OST though, possibly the original one came with it?

there's a soundtrack cd (for both the movie & tv series) included as a bonus in the tv dvd box i bought it and really love the music from the movie

Care to give us a little more info on the TV soundtrack? Number of tracks, stereo or mono, and if its actual music from the show or an arranged album. It'd be really helpful 

Movie OST has some great music on it. Not that hard to find that one, to buy or on p2p. Kitaro has a number of other great albums he has released that are worth looking into as well.
