You call that lightly tuned? ECU, turbo, fuel pump, injectors, exhaust and air intake were replaced along with a bunch of sensors.
Power of the stock engine is around 220HP.
But what to do with all that power in Norway? The speedlimit there is 80 km/h and you can hardly drive faster on these winding, narrow roads.
Besides fuel is friggin' expensive there!

For those that don't know: A Mercedes 190E with a 3.0 Turbo engine. Around 400HP

Well, norwegians just can't drive. I don't mean to insult somebody, but mostly it's true.
This guy isn't bad, but for drifting in the wet I don't need a 400HP monster. I can do that in my mom's 130HP Volvo estate as well.

Yeah, great work, thx a lot!! Now is the anime ahead the manga scanlation, so it was really exciting!
It seems that in the next eps finally the GT-R will appear! Can't wait, can't wait!! I'm such a great Skyline fan!

Usually you can change the region of your computer dvd-drive, but it might be limited to 4 changes or so. I'm quiete sure there is a way to reset this counter, but haven't done it yet.

How can it be QC'ed if not typesetted? Or do I have a wrong idea of QC? To me it is the final stage of subbing, to check if everything fits together, which should include the typesetting

I also don't think that 17+18 will be the end of the stage. More likely it'll be 20, as mentioned above.
I think Takumi will find out the weakness of the 4WDs in the race with the Evo. After that he'll probably have enough confidence in the 86 and his abilities to face Bunta and his Impreza.
But his race against the Evo might take the whole two Eps 17+18, the race against Bunta at least another two and than there are still the S2000 and the Skyline from the Op, which I'm eagerly awaiting...
So maybe the match with Bunta will be postponed into the 5th stage after all? Or the stage will be extended to 22-24 eps?
So many alternatives

just copy the *.srt file in the same directory as the avi. then activate it in the video menu. you won't need the other files.
but the sub is really bad. nowhere near a L-E sub.
anyhow the movie is a real disillusion. I wouldn't mind the changed story, but some details suck, such as Itsuki (or his counterpart in the movie) is in fact driving the same car as takumi, just with a different sticker.
I'd say they had the opportunity to make a great movie, but blew it

I've read on anime news network that in hong kong ID live action is more popular than the new starwars movie! How cool is that???

And there are still the Skyline and S2000... this race must be done in 4th stage as well, otherwise it would be strange to show them in the opening.
I've heard a rumor that the manga finished shortly after this race with the Evos. Well I don't want a spoiler, but maybe somebody can tell if its true that there is an end of ID soon? Hope there isn't...

Are you talking about the first appearance of the Impreza? I don't think that counts! He totaly underestimated both car and driver.
Now, since he knows the ability of the Impreza and the fact that his dad is driving, it would be a different story. I don't say he would win, but he would last longer for sure.

Oh it was about time somebody posted such a statement. Thanks gumbaloom! I think this leaves no doubt. Hopefully it'll stop the annoying fight about release dates.

And I finished my exams just yesterday! Banzai!! :-D
