Nice question Dead.

He was a guy who wanted to qc for us. (Also 'Tsubie's minion' for something he said >_>). Since we are pretty qc heavy now, we added addtional requirements. Mamo told him to write a 4 page essay regarding the history of fansubbing and I told him to write an one page one regarding roles of fansubbers and qcers. Well apparently he was lazy with school work as well and then he also was getting staff pissed at him due to his all caps inappropriate occassional talks so Mamo kbed him and he left us.

Hey, I wanna QC for L-E!  So I have to write 5 pages total?  Mamo's 4 and Tsubie's 1?

If you really want to QC send the essay to myself or we can do a one on one on your essay.

Double space is fine and Time New Roman 14 is fine.

And isn't that a pleasant change? For a while last year it was quite common to have something sit in QC for a week untouched. And when it was touched it was because some of our busiest staff postponed other work in order to do it.

I am so glad that so many people have volunteered to help out in QC these days. And even happier that some of them started to learn other positions too. Trust me, you really are appreciated.   :D
