Title: Live-eviL Homepage hacked
Post by: gumbaloom on October 15, 2005, 11:18:16 pm: It would appear that we've suffered a PHP/SQL exploit of some kind on our homepage and the wordpress news publishing system.

Please bear with us untill someone with webadmin access is available to fix this issue.

If anyone knows the identity of these script kiddies please provide any information you may have in email to mikala@live-evil.org so he can report them to the appropriate authorities.

Also, script kiddies are a different "breed" all together... And should die!

Wouldn't your server provider have logs of the connections/disconnections at the time of the attack? It'd narrow down the IP's a bit, then all you do is put IP to user to figure out any forum members from the rest, then go from there... But knowing the volume of traffic that can be done, still a needle in a haystack

What you guys need to do is ban that IP, then make sure you guys keep up to date with your software :)
