In NY this morning it was -8°C (18°F).  (Of course, this was the city-ish/ Long Island areas.  I'm sure it was much colder upstate.)

In response to Cougar's question: I basically agree with everything twik said about it (both in the apple representing the downfall of man and the apple-eating thing being a fun trait given to Ryuk). 

As for episode 10, I haven't really sat down and watched the final version of it yet, but I really enjoyed the interactions between Light and L.  The mindgames with each other were fascinating, although I found fault with some of L's reasoning.  However, since Tsubie came back into this thread and she hasn't seen past episode 7, I don't want to spoil anything for her, so I'm holding back on specifics.  Tsubie, hurry and watch the last three episodes- they're good. 

I beat eveyone! This morning here, it was whopping 8 degrees Fahrenheit. Which is -13.3 degress Celsius

I realize he was not intending to talk about Death Note, actually, he was talking about Snow Queen. But I quoted it because it sounds funny since he had some rather unfortunate timing  .

Hi new to this site joined just because of this show i love it.
i watched 3 versions of episode 8 because i wanted to comare the differences in them and live evils is defiantly the best, Cheers

Also one or two things i dont understand.... http://a.scarywater.net/live-evil/ has episode 9 but it does not say what time the episode was uploaded at. im trying to find what site will have the episode first? i cant wait for epsiode 10 it aired last nite and i just wanted to say that because  on your prokect site it has episode 10 listed as not being aired yet but it is aired.

There are already other copies of episode 10 on the net but i didnt even bother with it i know it cant be as good as liveevils.

Thanks for the compliment, to answer your question, our torrents always get upped to scarywater first. And as far as the projects page goes, it is not updated daily, so thats why it doesn't say aired yet.

So today I had to go in to work 4 hours early because we were supposed to be having a staff meeting, and after waiting around for an hour after the meeting was actually supposed to start they finally decided to reschedule it for next week because the clinic was too busy that day. How annoying  If I have to get up early, I prefer it to be for a good reason.

I'd also like to point out that the song I was referring to in bobby6's sig was in fact the Snow Queen ending. It had nothing to do with Death Note.

But even though I occasionally paste misleading quotes which may slightly  assasinate your character... at least I don't compare you to the red-handed step-son that I never wanted.  So you still love me right?

If would get one it would be PS3, like the blue-ray drive. Like Gran Turismo.
But i don't think I'll have the money, but in 6-8months perhaps. Then the prices have dropped quite a bit. So maybe I'll buy one for my girlfriends birthday.

So... Is this one of those things like when the husband buys the wife a powertool for Christmas even though she would have no interest and then just uses it himself?

Ok, I just condensed all of the new series requests into one thread. So in the future, if you want to request we sub a series, post it here.

Some things to keep in mind:

1) We DO NOT sub licensed anime. So if its licensed in the US, don't ask.

2) We need both a raw sourse and a translator in order to sub a series. So if you can't provide both, it's unlikely that we will sub it.

3) By raw source we mean a DVD source, not crappy rips available on the internet.

OK, if you can meet all of these requirements, great, we'll consider your request. If not, you can still ask I suppose, but nothing will happen.

Well, I want the PS3 and Wii, but not enough to actually buy them. It doesn't matter though since my boyfriend will buy all of them if i wait long enough and then i'll just "borrow" them.

And as a side note, they totally should have stuck with "revolution" for the system name. It was sooooooooooo much cooler than "wii."
