Leeching & Technical Problems / How to play .APE format files

I just downloaded Initial D 4th stage's OST and its file format is .APE.

I couldn't open the file and don't know which program or codec is needed to play the file

Leeching & Technical Problems / Could I resume the BT downloading?

Recently my computer went silly.

It sometimes just hanged/knocked out and I have to redownload the whole file again.

Is there anyway or is it able to resume the download from where I stopped(from where it stopped coz my computer knocked)
