that's just selfish crap man;any group will do stuff like tsubasa or nana eventually coz it's new & commercial (eg:inu yasha has been done by 45 groups or so)

on the other hand if you can name me 1 group that has even announced of willing to start subbing Grendizer for example, please name it....

All other fansubbers...even for season 1...seems to be depending on LE and DB's subs....and even if they do pick it up...you never know when it will be and maybe before you can even get season 2 done...it may be licensed...and there goes Tsubasa.  All other fansubbers have lots of projects and they seems to be too lousy to me...it's been 4 weeks and how many have started fansubbing TRC Season 2?...I mean xxxHolic is being subbed my four groups already.  And tell me how many froups subbed TRC episode 26?  Not as many that subbed the first few episodes as far as I can recall.....

Just to mention...

episode 20, just before they break the wall.

"put he passed away last year" when the old man was talking about Mio's grandfather.

shouldn't it be... "but..."?

I know what I am getting myself into, just had to tell about the mistake. :)
Okay right, I myself am picky about such details but considering what a hell lot of work they have to do...without getting paid...spelling mistakes are acceptable...I've seen fansubs with trnslation mistakes and spelling mistakes in every line...lolz ::)

thanx for the advice dude.  But problem is, I can't type Japanese using this PC since I do not live in Japan anymore.  In google.co.jp you have to type in Japanese and then the search would be efficient.  I was wondering, when u give someone to translate one of your scripts, is that thing written in Kanji or Romaji?

If you're a fluent speaker of Japanese you should go bug Tofu to let you translate Tsubasa then he can work on other stuffz

his AIM : Tofusensei
his email : Tofusensei@live-evil.org

Well, you haven't helped me.   :(My question is, do you know where I can get hold of the orginal episodes and not fansubs?... Because thats what I have to to once the thing gets licensed...which means no more Tsubasa for me...let alone the wait...(we can't buy stuff from the US from here and the dubbings will sucks as well.)  And for the translation, yeah well I did send him an e-mail asking for a translation job. ;D

Well I am poor and I am still using my first ever computer which I purchased years ago.  My hard disk total capacity is 40 GB and far as I am concerned with the low bandwidth of 10 kbps I get only 1, 2 kb/s download speed and with that I have managed to download around 35 GB of anime in the last six months...and when my hard disks started showing less than 100 mb disk space per drive, I started transferring them to Cds (I haven't got a DVD writer).
Now I have around 12 GB of hard disk spave left, 8 GB of anime still stored on PC, and I have managed to burn the previous material to 30 700MB Cds...and as you can probably calculate, when I have no electricity problems and I stay home....my PC is on for over 20 hours and I am always downloading and waiting to get the downloadinf finished with my snail-like speed. :'(

I am a fluent speaker of Japanese and can't get hold of the US releases when they come out because I can't buy them from where I live.  Plus I love the music and hate dubbings.  Do you know how I can still manage to watch the Japanese episodes still once it's licensed?  Like how do I get hold of the raws?  I have no ida about this Winny or Share thing...all I am familiar with is BitTorrent.  Please help!  :'(

Well all I like to say is we are worried about the fansubbing status and the faster done the faster we can get some episodes watched...the older animes don't have this licensing issue to worry about.

there's no full list, although, each episode subbed by L-E has notes regarding characters from previous anime :D

by the way... episode 30th is delayed too?
what happened? Tofu is OK? i dont want to think something really serious is happening to him.. besides, he's online, or is he absent again?

Well, I saw him online last night....hopefully he will be available soon.

Total NANA/Tsubas Releases - 7
Total of all other projects - 5

Notice a pattern here?. Notice how the weighting in certain projects favour ?

When things become a little more balanced and when our Envirosphere release history is not completely dominated by Tsubasa and Nana thats when I'll be quiet ;D

The reason why NANA and Tsubasa are so much in demand is because they ARE NEW SHOWS.  The other shows you have are older and most people have managed to watch them somehow or other...licensed or not.  I remember having watched Galaxy Express and Yawara...Yawara back like 5 years ago in NTV back in Japan.  And popular shows are in greater demands, so don't you think they should definitely be prioritized?  If people have waited for the older series...they could wait longer, they don't have to worry about the licensing status of Tsubasa like we do! >:(

The xxxHolic fansubs are being done by Unknown, Mishicorp, Shinsen subs and Kyuu.  Sometimes Mishicorp gets the latest episode released the earliest and sometimes Kyuu....so we manage it get it pretty fast. :D

God bless the fansubbing community...thats all I have to say.

1258
I have discovered Live Evil through Tsubasa and due to extremely low bandwidth all I can manage to download is Tsubasa.  I have no time, bandwidth, and patience to try out the other anime series..although I am certain they must be good.  I have watched all the classics back when I was in Japan so I don't bother downloading them...cmmon 1,2 kb/s does not really leave me much choice.

But I would like to make one thing clear, everyone has their tastes, likes and dislikes...and some people just download a certain show not to try or just because it's popular, but because they have their reasons for being a fan of it.  One of the reasons why Tsubasa is so popular because it brings Syaoran and Sakura from Card Captor Sakura once more into life...the reason why I am watching it.  I don't care if it's popular or not, I have an attachment to Syaoran and Sakura since they've been one of my favorites from when I was 10 years old back in 1998.  So Tsubasa has a different meaning for me, not just the crossovers of CLAMP characters...I don't really care about the new looks and plots, in fact the anime character designs are really not good....the hands and legs are too long for the body...a well noted point.  So I wanted to watch Tsubasa and even though my bandwidth takes for ever to get it to me, I download it and look forward to each episode on Sundays.  So those of you who think we are a bunch of bullshits for liking Tsubasa...I'd like to tell you different people like Tsubasa for different reasons.  Some Tsubasa fans consider Tsubasa as one of those animes which might not be really appealing to your tastes but has some kind of charm which makes you watch it and eventually get addicted to it.  Tsubasa is not just another popular anime which people watch...people watch it and thats why it's popular!

And the classics are great too and if my anime thirst was that great that any great anime appealed to me....provided that my bandwidth was good...I'd download them.  Thanx to Tofusensei & interactii for all the hard work..because they have made me real happy.  It's only because of Tofusensei that we are being able to watch Tsubasa Chronicle!  Thanx Live Evil...U guys rock on, ouenshiteruyo! :D
