Hi there,
I just finished downloading Detective Academy Q 13 from the L|EZEC01 bot on Mirc and I didn't quite get what I was after.
In fact, it appears to be a badly corrupted episode of Prince of Tennis from Anime-Otakus. (Sorry - don't know what ep. Don't watch that series.) Not what I was looking for that night. :D
Thought you might want to check this out and remedy the problem.
