Hmmm... I dont really get it. Shocking? Offensive? Watched that release when it came out, and I dare to say nobody would care much or even notice if this version would run on TV, maybe except for the jokes referrimg directly to AIDS, I understand if that is controversial. But if FlamencoRenee thinks your parody is offensive, I hope she *never* has to watch an entire evening of european prime time programming . Beeping/blurring out things or avoiding four letter words is generally unknown here, as for comedy, "normal" people, alternative lifestyles and minorities of every kind get mocked at equaly, mostly by themselves . And what about being gay or whatever? This aint the 70s anymore and nobody cares for your personal lifestyle today. Even the pope and Mr.Bush hugged the mayor of our capital city Berlin...
I think this is more about fandom (or when its to much worship). May I say "Remember, this is fictional work"? And thats said by me, being a dorama/anime fan for about 20 years now, and who started that "career" with a lost youth being a trekkie...
